Dave Dotterrer is announcing his candidacy for state senate at 10:00 AM, September 12, on the steps of the Jackson County Courthouse!
Dave will be challenging incumbent Alan Bates (D-Ashland), the environmental activist who authored this year’s bill to “protect” most of our local rivers and streams under the State Scenic Waterways Act, withdrawing them from any mining activity. Bates is also a big proponent of “protecting” our forests from timber harvesting.
Dave Dotterrer is a retired Marine Corps colonel, currently working as a legislative aide to Rep. Dennis Richardson, with a heavy focus on economic issues. Dave challenged Bates in 2010, losing by only 282 votes. We need to support Dave to the fullest extent in the next election! Please come, and bring your friends, to show your support at his announcement!
|When:||10:00 AM, Thursday, September 12, 2013|
|Where:||Jackson County Court Steps (10 S. Oakdale Ave.)|
