Primary Election Results 2016

These are the preliminary election results, as of 10:00 PM Tuesday, May 17.

For County Commissioner, position 2, the runoff in the general election will be between incumbent Kieth Heck and City Councilman Dan deYoung.

For County Commissioner, position 3, preliminary results show the runoff will be between Lily Morgan and Bill Hunker.

Measure 17-69, Rogue Community College District Bond, passed. (The RCC district includes both Josephine and Jackson Counties. While it failed in Josephine county, it passed overall.)

Measure 17-70, Annexation of Properties into the City of Grants Pass, passed.

Measure 17-71, Three Year Local Option Levy for the Three Rivers School District, failed.

Measure 17-72, Advisory Question on Wild & Scenic Designation for Rogue River, failed.

  1. I heard a rumor that some Trump signs may be dropped off at HQ tomorrow, but I don’t know this for certain. If you’re in town for Boatnik, please stop by the headquarters and see if the signs are there yet.
