Oregon State Representative, District 3
From 1998 to 2003, Carl served as State Representative for Grants Pass and Josephine County. He took office again in January of 2015 to represent District 3 as one of two new state representatives from Grants Pass, and was the minority leader and House Republican Leader in the Oregon House of Representatives from January to September 2019. Carl stands up for jobs and small businesses, helps cut government waste, and makes sure that the legislature gives rural Oregon the respect it deserves.
