Thank you so much for helping with our efforts to gather signatures to put our two school choice measures on the Nov 2024 ballot. We fell short but we are BACK now!
We now have a new FANTASTIC opportunity to get our Constitutional School Choice measure on the Nov 2026 ballot — and we DO NOT have to gather petition signatures!
Sen. Smith has filed our Constitutional School Choice measure as a referral to the Secretary of State’s office. The bill is SJR 33.
We just need to get a majority of the legislators to vote YES on the referral, SJR 33.
Could you please send a few minutes sending emails to all our legislators asking them to vote YES on SJR 33?
The email can be as simple as “Dear legislator, I support school choice for Oregon students. Please vote YES on SJR 33. Thank you.”

Together we can bring education options to all students and teachers. Students will be able to choose to direct a portion of education dollars to homeschool, attend a private school or use nonpublic online programs–whichever learning environment best fits their needs. Teachers will have more opportunities to teach. The savings from students using private school choice will save taxpayers money!
The school choice wave is washing over the country. So far in 2025, Tennessee, Idaho, and Wyoming have created school choice programs. Texas is about to join the group.
It is time for Oregon students to have education choices just like the 1.2 million students in the 84 private school choice programs across America.
Please take a few minutes to send emails to legislators to voice your support for school choice and to ask them to vote YES on SJR 33.
