Currently in the Oregon State Legislature, we have some good bills that need public testimony, some good bills that need committee action, and many bad bills that need to be quashed. We need you, the citizens of Oregon, to show your support by speaking out.  Good bills that need public testimony The House Rules Committee will hold the first public hearing on Republican election reform bills this session on Wednesday, March 12, at 8 AM. One of my bills, House Bill 2435, will be the first heard. Other good bills include House Bill 3468, House Bill 3470, and House Bill 3474. We need your support! House Bill 2548 is the BIGGEST THREAT agriculture has ever faced from the Oregon Legislature. It is a sweeping, one-size-fits-all mandate that could force many family farms and ranches out of business. This legislation disregards the significant protections already in place for farmworkers and transfers critical decisions about staffing, wages, benefits, and training to an unelected, unaccountable, bureaucratic body.
